Reporting to the Vice President, People and Culture, the Director, People Development leads the People Development team and has overall responsibility for the development, management and monitoring of the CLBC People Strategy and various corporate people initiatives, programs and services at CLBC that support the organizational strategy and foster a workplace that is consistent with the organization's mission, vision and values. Accountable for employee learning and development, organizational development (OD), change management, and equity, diversity and inclusion (EDI).
