The Role:
As an Office Assistant at CLBC, you will help with a number of different reception and office-related jobs, including:
- greeting visitors at the office
- answering the phone and taking messages
- data entry
- opening mail
- restocking printer and photocopiers with paper
- picking up and delivering faxes
You will be part of a team that communicates in a friendly and respectful way with all kinds of people, and creates positive working relationships with co-workers, staff, and people from different backgrounds.
You will report directly to the Supervisor of Administrative Services.
Qualifications:
- Attended high school and/or has a similar combination of education, training and experience.
- Attention to detail is an asset.
