The Role:

As an Integrated Services Manager at CLBC overseeing the South Okanagan regional and local teams, you will be accountable for specific operations of community planning and development, and quality service activities that will lead to more innovative and responsive support and services to individuals and/or families in an assigned geographic area or region of British Columbia. You will ensure full and complete information on community living services and community-based options is available and provided to individuals and families through a team of Practice & Service Advisors, Facilitators, Quality Service Analysts and administrative staff. 

You will connect with the community, contractors and organizations to identify opportunities for innovation and fulfilling CLBC's vision; seek feedback from individuals and families; ensure facilitators act to support individuals and families in developing and implementing their plans. 

You will ensure the most effective and efficient delivery of CLBC contracted services within a budgeted framework and financial and policy requirements and balance the competing needs of communities to support the safety, security and well-being of individuals.

This role requires you to have the ability to manage multiple priorities/projects and produce results within deadlines; develop and maintain productive relationships with colleagues, individuals, families and service providers; manage budgets; network with, develop, and enhance links to business, industry, health, municipal, and regional councils, school boards, colleges and community services; and provide leadership and management to a team.

Qualifications:

Bachelor of Social Work or Business related Bachelor's degree with human services orientation or equivalent.  Minimum of 5 years demonstrated successful experience in a leadership position, preferably within social services resource development and contract management. 

Travel:

Occasional travel within the Southern Interior region, as well as to Head Office in Vancouver as needed. Transportation arrangements must meet operational requirements. Possession of a valid class 5 Drivers license and a clean Driver's Abstract is required.
