The Role:

As a Quality Assurance Analyst at CLBC, you will ensure that CLBC's software meets the highest quality standards possible by following industry recognized quality assurance methodologies and best practices.

You will:

  • analyze requirements, develop test documentation and execute tests according to a test plan
  • participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including developing strategic test plans, test cases, and execution of test scripts.
  • participates in sessions with business stakeholders to gather test scenarios and acceptance plans.

The ideal applicant:

  • has good project collaboration skills and substantial exposure to project-based work structures
  • excellent verbal and written communication in both technical and user-friendly language
  • keen attention to detail
  • an ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.


  • College diploma or university degree in software engineering, computer science, business administration or equivalent.

  • A minimum of 4 years' experience in Software Testing.

  • Direct experience in overseeing the design, development, and implementation of quality assurance standards for software testing.

  • Direct experience as a QA tester for major application integration and/or major application product releases.
